1. Who you are contracting with

The Veyara service (the "Service") is provided by Alyssa Wied ("Veyara", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By continuing to use the Service you accept these Terms. You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and, if you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

3. The Service

Veyara provides leadership interview and promotion preparation tools, including competency analysis, STAR-format answer coaching, and mock interview features. Features and limits may change as the Service evolves.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

Use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or harassment.
Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any party.
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including probing, scanning, scraping, or introducing malware.
Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law.
Submit content you do not have the rights to use.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity under your account.

6. Intellectual property

Veyara and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have purchased.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Payments, subscriptions, and processor

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe handles checkout, billing, tax calculation and remittance for buyers in supported countries, fraud prevention, and dispute handling on our behalf. Charges may appear on your statement as LINK.COM* VEYARA.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Billing and checkout are subject to Stripe's Consumer Terms.

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete account content after a reasonable period.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Veyara against third-party claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
